Photoshop toning tutorial

It's so much easier talking and explaining this on livestream!!! I hope it's relatively easy to understand >_<;;;. My first tutorial;;;.
I don't use this method anymore for manga style ever since I've gotten Manga Studio EX (I still use it for some colour illustrations), but it's what worked for me when I only had photoshop~.
